Our application process begins in January. Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.
Due to an increased amount of students last year, we will be holding two enrollment periods this coming school year: Priority Acceptance and General Acceptance. Priority Acceptance, beginning October 23, 2015 and closing on January 15, 2016; and General Acceptance closing on March 4, 2016. This approach will help us better determine how much space we have in the dormitories for our new and returning students, as well as those currently wait-listed. It will also play a critical role in determining any financial aid grants that will be awarded on a needs-based, first-come/first-served basis.
If you wish to be considered for the Priority Acceptance window, you will need to have your paperwork, including any financial assistance applications, turned in by Midnight on January 15, 2016. All church 5-Way Assistance applications will also need to be turned in to your local church by this deadline. Applications and the necessary paperwork submitted by this deadline will hold a roster spot for your student. Any applications submitted after March 1 will not receive priority consideration and may not be processed until the March 4 deadline for General Acceptance, at which time financial assistance may be depleted and/or roster space may be full.
To reserve your roster spot the General Fee of $550 (non refundable) is due by March 4, 2016 for Priority, May 13 for General, or June 20 for late acceptance.
